In the previous year, the Brembo 19RCS CORSA CORTA radial master cylinder also received distinction for high design quality in the Red Dot Award: Product Design 2019. 2004/2020Winners In 2020, Brembo won the XXVI ADI Compasso d’Oro Award for the brake caliper used in the Formula E Championship. The prize was presented to Alberto Bombassei, Brembo’s Chairman, during the award ceremony held at the ADI Design Museum in Milan. This is the second Compasso d’Oro obtained by Brembo after winning in 2004 for the carbon ceramic brake system. Created by Gio Ponti, it is widely recognised as the most prestigious design award in the world. Brembo has an internal area known as Brembo Stile whose mission is to coordinate product design activities with a view to making products even more unique and distinctive. The work done has allowed us to be consecutively recognised for our beautiful yet simple design.
